Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfy, equipped with Nescafé machines, a fridge, a huge television, a large walk-in shower, and a comfortable bed with soft sheets. The only downside was that my room was directly under the wall AC unit. The staff was a bit gruff, very business-like, not the hometown feel I was accustomed to, but they were so friendly and accommodating, cleaning the room each morning. However, they left us without hand towels, and the member at checkout of staff was a nice touch. The location was beautiful in the mountains of North Carolina, with gorgeous trails, trees, a gazebo, and shrubbery, perfect for a getaway with my family around the wooded area. The dining experience at the Main St Bistro was excellent, although I would have liked a continental breakfast. Overall, a great value for money and a lovely stay.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were large, clean, and a definite highlight of our stay. The staff was extremely nice and provided exceptional service. The location was excellent, making it a great base for exploring nearby towns and scenery. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a nice breakfast. Overall, a fantastic stay with notable highlights and a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel provided us with a wonderful place to relax after such an exhausting day, but the rooms were very small. The staff were helpful and very hospitable, yet the location, although great for exploring nearby towns, was not in town. The dining experience was excellent at the Main St Bistro. Overall, it was a nice 'base camp' for our girls road trip weekend.
